If you thought that the end of the Infinity Saga with Avengers: Endgame and Spider-Man: Far From Home was Marvel Cinematic Universe's swan song, then here's Marvel raising you the MCU Phase 4. And with that comes The Eternals, which has reportedly cast Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown in an unspecified role.

Marvel is clearly upping the ante here. There are some pretty incredible movies being talked about, the Disney+ line up also looks hella exciting, and Marvel boss Kevin Feige is planning to divulge it all at the San Diego Comic Con 2019's Marvel Panel.

Rumour already has it that some of the the biggest names in Hollywood and television have been cast in The Eternals, hyping it up to be an ensemble worth investing our time in. So far, Angeline Jolie, Richard Madden, Kumail Nanjiani and the Internet's current boyfriend Keanu Reeves have reportedly been added to the cast. And now, with Millie Bobby Brown aka Eleven fresh off Stranger Things 3, will be joining this motley group, things just got rather exciting!

This rumour arises from a report by Variety, which talks about what fans can expect from Marvel's San Diego Comic Con panel this year. Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige is all set to present a slate full of plans for MCU Phase 4, but the article also mentions about Brown being signed on for The Eternals.

For now, this is all we got, a teeny tiny ray of hope that may or may not be confirmed. But a fan can hope for this casting coup, right? Brown has proved her talent enough on the show, as well as her recent stint on Godzilla: King of Monsters. She has even been cast in Enola Holmes alongside Henry Cavill.

The Eternals are powerful, God-like beings that were created when the Celestials visited Earth five million years ago and performed genetic experiments on early humans. Our Snap-loving Titan, Thanos, is one too. The movie will be adapted from creator Jack Kirby's comics by by indie director Chloé Zhao.
